Dr. Hamdi Ozkan is an experienced Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialist with extensive expertise in complex reconstructive surgery, limb lengthening, trauma surgery, and a broad range of orthopaedic procedures.

His international clinical experience includes training at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, France, as well as surgical experience in Ottawa, Canada. He completed his specialisation in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Ankara Traffic Hospital, where he developed particular expertise in limb lengthening and reconstruction, especially for patients with post-traumatic limb shortening and deformities. He subsequently remained at the institution as a faculty member, contributing to the training of future orthopaedic surgeons.

Dr. Ozkan later served as a founding board member and orthopaedic surgeon at Lokman Hekim Hospitals in Ankara. He also undertook humanitarian surgical work in Iraq, treating patients with post-war limb shortening and deformities and providing training to local surgeons in limb reconstruction and lengthening techniques.

Today, Dr. Ozkan continues his clinical practice in Istanbul, specialising in limb lengthening, post-traumatic limb reconstruction, microsurgery, arthroscopic surgery, paediatric orthopaedics, and joint arthroplasty. His particular area of expertise is limb-lengthening surgery, including both reconstructive procedures and aesthetic height enhancement, with an emphasis on individualised treatment planning and patient safety.
